Kris is a Senior Development Manager in Conor’s Southwest Regional Office. In his role, he manages the firm’s development initiatives throughout the Southwest and Western regions.
Kris monitors economic and industry trends and identifies new build-to-suit and land purchase opportunities. He leads the development team through the development life cycle from land acquisition through entitlements, design, construction, lease up, financial performance and project disposition.
Kris has worked in the construction and commercial real estate industry since 2010. Most recently, he served as Director, Development services for VanTrust Real Estate.
