As Vice President – Southeast Market Officer, Steven oversees Conor’s industrial development initiatives in Atlanta and the greater southeast region. He provides strategic direction for the selection and acquisition of land sites throughout the Southeast and directs development activities for the firm’s industrial properties in the region.
Steven joined the firm in 2024 and offers 16 years of experience in industrial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. He began his career at IDI and later spent several years as Director of Real Estate for Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD) managing all real estate transactions for the company. Prior to joining Conor, Steven served as Vice President – Development for Rockefeller Group where he led industrial development projects for the firm’s southeastern region.
