Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (now iHeartMedia, Inc.) occupies a multi-floor, 75,500-square-foot tenant suite within the McShane Development Company/Globe Corporation East Gateway Centre II co-development, a two-building, 230,000-square-foot property located at 4686 E. Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

Clear Channel operates eight Valley radio stations within this new two-level headquarters, as well as its Clear Channel Outdoor division on a separate floor. The sophisticated network room contains extensive racking systems for the communications utilized by the radio stations. Also included are redundant emergency power systems and a pre-action fire protection system.
