McShane Development Company provided the comprehensive development services for Marina Condominiums, a 14-story residential condominium building situated on a .39-acre site at 137 East Wilson Street in downtown Madison, Wisconsin.

The 182,000-square-foot residence includes a total of 55 two- and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 1,850 to 2,200 square feet, as well as retail space on the first floor and underground parking. The building’s exterior is clad with silver corrugated aluminum panels providing a visually striking and durable façade.
